Door Lock Integrations
Verdant’s latest door lock integrations with Onity, Dormakaba, and Assa Abloy allow hotels to control access to guest rooms based on occupancy status. This integration aids in optimizing the guest experience by turning on the lights when guests enter the room.
PMS Integrations
To streamline energy management for hotel managers, Verdant has partnered with leading PMS including Opera, Fosse, OnQ, LightSpeed, and HotelKey, with plans for more providers to join in the near future. With automated adjustments during periods of vacancy, Verdant helps hotels achieve optimal efficiency without manual intervention.
VRF Integrations
Verdant’s new VRF provider integrations with LG and Mitsubishi allow hotels and multifamily buildings to control VRF systems directly. The thermostats are now plug-and-play with these VRF systems, eliminating the need for a third-party adapter. This allows for precise temperature adjustment and energy optimization for each room, giving buildings more control over their HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems and helping them save energy. The VRF integration with Carrier/Toshiba systems is set to follow in the upcoming months.
